## Service area
Summit County, Colorado: Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Blue River. In Blue River, only homes that already hold a valid 2026 short-term rental license.

## How it works
We join the owner's Airbnb or Vrbo listing as an invited co-host. The owner stays the primary host and keeps the listing, license, payouts, guest agreements, and tax remittance. We never hold guest funds. Stays under 30 nights only.

## Pricing (flat monthly fees)
- Essentials: $600/month
- Full Co-Host: $1,000/month
- Done-For-You: $2,500/month
- Setup: $3,000, waived with a 12-month commitment
- We do not guarantee revenue or bookings.
