Important Blue River licensing information
Blue River has a moratorium on new STR licenses through Dec 31, 2026, so we only onboard Blue River homes that already hold a 2026 STR license or qualify under the town's current rules.
You remain responsible for your own STR license, your property's eligibility, and local requirements. We do not provide, transfer, or replace a license.
Guest expectations in a mountain residential setting
Guests may expect a secluded stay, but they still need clear information on access, parking, and amenities. Directions should point to the correct driveway, entrance, and parking area, especially after dark or in snow.
Guests should also know how to use heat, fireplaces, and any other amenities the home provides, plus guidance on gear storage, wildlife awareness, trash handling, and respecting neighbors.
Snow, access, and seasonal operations
Private driveways, snow, and property-specific access limits can affect arrivals. Guests need accurate notes on vehicle suitability, snow removal, and designated parking.
In summer and fall, upkeep should cover decks, outdoor furniture, and landscaping. Spring can bring drainage and access issues. We coordinate cleaning, guest communication, maintenance requests, and local service providers according to your plan.

Depending on your plan, services can include listing support, dynamic pricing management, guest messaging, cleaner coordination, maintenance coordination, and local response arrangements. Dynamic pricing is a service we manage with your approval, not a promise of income.
